Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship same day. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or for remote addresses. We will notify you by email if there are any delays with your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SoundBlanket. If it's not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and your refund will be issued after the return is received and inspected. Normal trial use is expected.

How to initiate a return

Email us
Send a return request to returns@soundblanket.shop with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return label.

Pack and return
Repack the product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging, attach the prepaid label we provide, and take it to the designated carrier.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

If a return has stains, tears, odors, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, missing components, damage caused by misuse, or damage resulting from inadequate packaging, we may deduct the reasonable documented cost of cleaning, repair, replacement parts, or loss in value from the refund. Before making any deduction, we'll provide photographs and an itemized explanation. You won't be charged for a verified manufacturing defect or carrier damage when the product was properly packaged and returned using our prepaid label.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic wear. To file a warranty claim, email hello@soundblanket.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
