We want you to love your SoundBlanket. If it's not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. We believe in this product enough to let you try it risk-free.

How to initiate a return

Send a return request to returns@soundblanket.shop with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Pack and ship
Repack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic wear. To file a warranty claim, email hello@soundblanket.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
