How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us
Email support@soundblanket.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect if possible. Our support team responds within 24 hours.

Receive diagnosis
We'll troubleshoot remotely where possible. If the issue can be resolved with a replacement component (e.g., amplifier, cable), we'll ship it to you at no cost. If the blanket itself needs service, we'll provide a return authorization.

Ship the product
Pack the product securely and ship it to our service facility using the address provided in your return authorization. The customer covers the cost of shipping to us. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.

Repair or replacement
We will repair the defective component or replace the product entirely, depending on the nature of the issue. Repaired or replacement units ship back to you at no charge, typically within 7–10 business days of receipt.
